Shipping Locations
We currently ship all over India through our trusted courier partners. International shipping is not available at this time.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after receiving your order confirmation email.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.
During high-demand periods (sales, festivals), processing may take an additional 1–2 business days.
Estimated Delivery Time
Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
Non-Metro Cities & Rural Areas: 5–7 business days
Please note: Delivery times may vary due to local courier service delays, weather conditions, or COVID-related restrictions.
Shipping Charges
We offer FREE standard shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499.
For orders below ₹499, a flat shipping fee of ₹49 will be applied.
COD (Cash on Delivery) is available for select locations at an additional fee of ₹40.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS. You can track your order on the courier’s website or through the “Track Order” section on our website.
Packaging
All products are carefully packed using secure, eco-friendly packaging to ensure your order reaches you in perfect condition.
Delivery Partners
We use trusted and reputed courier services like Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, and India Post to ensure timely and safe delivery.
Delayed or Lost Packages
While we strive to deliver on time, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. If your order is delayed beyond 10 working days or lost in transit, please contact our customer support team at support@manyataherbal.com for immediate assistance.
Change of Delivery Address
You can update your shipping address within 12 hours of placing your order by emailing us at support@manyataherbal.com. Once dispatched, the address cannot be changed.
Damaged or Open Parcels
Please do not accept delivery of packages that are tampered with, damaged, or open. If you receive a damaged product, contact us immediately with images at support@manyataherbal.com for a quick resolution.
