Returns
Due to the personal and hygienic nature of cosmetic products, we only accept returns under the following conditions:
The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
The return request is raised within 2 Days of delivery.
The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Once your request is verified, we will provide return shipping instructions.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
If paid via COD, a bank transfer will be initiated once we collect your details.
Refunds will not be provided for products damaged due to misuse, neglect, or after the return period has expired.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
Products bought during sales or promotional campaigns
Opened, used, or tampered products
Exchange Policy
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us within 2 Days of receiving the product.
Exchange/Replacement deliveries will be done with in 5 to 7 days.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them. Beyond this window, cancellations will not be entertained as we aim to dispatch orders promptly.
